Devan Hawkinberry has been passionate about her real estate career for as long as she can remember. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Devan moved to sunny South Carolina in 2020 with her husband Zach, son Elijah, and their adorable Boston Terrier Leo, after falling in love with the sense of community, top-rated schools, and especially the friendly people in the beautiful Myrtle Beach area.

Devan understands and appreciates that buying a home is one of your biggest lifetime investments, and she takes pride in getting to know her clients, establishing a great working relationship, and really listening to their needs.  In her spare time, Devan can be found on a nearby golf course, watching Elijah play and compete, at a community party or event, trying out a new restaurant with Zach, or relaxing on the beach with a good book. You can still feel Devan’s excitement about her family’s move south, and she can’t wait to share it with you while helping you find your dream home!
